Navy to conduct missile firing between Cox’s Bazar and Hatiya on 29–30 Dec

The Bangladesh Navy will carry out missile firing exercises in the sea area between Cox’s Bazar and Hatiya on 29 and 30 December 2025, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

During this period, all vessels, including fishing boats and trawlers are advised to avoid navigating or staying in the designated area to ensure the safety of life and property.

The Navy has emphasised that the measures are strictly for public safety and requested full cooperation from all seafarers and local communities.
