On January 4, 2025, Tahsan Khan married Roza Ahmed after just four months of acquaintance. Roza Ahmed is a professional makeup artist who has been working for over a decade as a bridal makeup artist in both Bangladesh and the United States, and she runs her own makeup business in New York.
Earlier, on August 3, 2006, Tahsan Khan married actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila. That marriage ended in 2017 after 11 years, although the couple had been living separately for about two years prior to the divorce. From that marriage, Tahsan has a daughter named Aira Tahrim Khan.
