BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Visits Hospitalized Manna

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir visited Mahmudur Rahman Manna, President of Nagorik Oikya, who is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital after falling ill.

During the visit on Sunday, Mirza Fakhrul inquired about Manna’s health condition, spoke with attending physicians, and wished him a speedy recovery. He also met with members of Manna’s family.

Mahmudur Rahman Manna was admitted to the hospital on Friday night after experiencing chest pain. He is undergoing treatment in the cardiology department and is currently under close observation at the Coronary Care Unit (CCU). Doctors have said that his condition remains stable.

Manna had previously received hospital treatment for heart-related complications.

In the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary Election, Mahmudur Rahman Manna is contesting from the Bogura-2 and Dhaka-18 constituencies. He has secured BNP’s support in the Bogura-2 seat.
