Faruk-e-Azam, Advisor to the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, has called on citizens to vote ‘Yes’ in the upcoming referendum to create an equality-based Bangladesh.

He emphasized that reforms are essential to ensure accountable administration, strong leadership, an independent judiciary, and a fair election system. Citizens’ active participation is necessary to change the inequality created by unilateral actions of the ruling authorities.

Faruk-e-Azam made these remarks during an exchange of views with officials at the Joypurhat District Administration, chaired by District Commissioner Al Mamun.
