Motorcyclist killed in Bogura road crash

A 45-year-old man was killed after being ran over by a truck ran him on the Namuja-Baro Mile road at Kahalu upazila in Bogura district on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Amzad Hossain, a resident of Kalai Damgara area in the upazila.

According to locals, the incident occurred when Amzad lost control of his motorcycle and fell on the road. At that time, a speeding truck ran over him from behind, leaving him dead on the spot.

Kahalu Police Station Officer-in-Charge Selim Reza confirmed the death matter, adding that legal action is underway in this regard.
