“The legendary actor and choreographer of cinema, the respected Ilias Javed, has departed. With his passing, we have lost not only an artist but also a guardian-like figure. Though he has left us, he has gifted the screen and the cultural arena with countless memories and contributions that will keep him alive for generations. His creations and inspiration will remain unforgettable forever.”

Ilias Javed made his debut in cinema as a lead actor in 1964 with the Urdu film ‘Nayi Zindagi.’ However, he gained widespread recognition and popularity among audiences with the release of ‘Payel’ in 1966, where his co-star was Shabana.
