MoU Signed Between DSBJ and Robin Dental to Ensure Health Protection for Students

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Dhaka School of Broadcast Journalism (DSBJ), affiliated with the University of Dhaka, and Robin Dental. The agreement was signed on the evening of April 28 at an event held in the auditorium of the National Institute of Mass Communication (NIMC).

Under this agreement, students, teachers, officers, staff of DSBJ, and their family members will be able to receive advanced and specialized dental treatment services from Robin Dental with a 30% discount.

On behalf of DSBJ, the MoU was signed by Professor Dr. Dipu Siddiqui, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Royal University of Dhaka and Convener of the Dhaka School of Broadcast Journalism Studies Association. On behalf of Robin Dental, the agreement was signed by its proprietor and senior dental surgeon, Dr. Rathindranath Roy Robin.

The event was hosted by filmmaker and actor DZM Mizanur Rahman Tuhin. The chief guest was Dr. Maruf Nawaz, Principal of DSBJ and Director of the National Institute of Mass Communication. Special guests included SM Akash, Head of News at Deepto TV, and Agriculturist Md. Bashirul Islam, Deputy Registrar of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.

The event was attended by media personalities, teachers, journalists, and representatives from the cultural sector. After the signing ceremony, Dr. Robin was honored with a crest and an honorary shawl.

Organizers stated that this MoU will play a significant role in ensuring the health protection and welfare of the DSBJ family and will set a new example by integrating education and healthcare services.
