Emigration Ban on 12 Family Members of S Alam Group

The court has banned the emigration of 12 members of S Alam Group leader Saiful Alam and his family.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Mohammad Assamach Jaglul Hossain's court passed this order because of ACC's application on Monday (October 7).

Others banned are Saiful Alam's wife Farzana Parveen, son Ashraful Alam, son Ahsanul Alam, brother Morshedul Alam, Sahidul Alam, Rashedul Alam, Abdus Samad, his wife Shahana Ferdous, brother Osman Gani, Osman Gani's wife Farzana Begum, brother Mohammad Abdullah Hasan and unidentified Mishkat Ahmed.

Apart from this, the rule was issued asking to know how much money S Alam Group has taken as a loan from the bank and how much money it has smuggled abroad.
