BNP's Acting Chairman, Tarique Rahman, remarked that while many are now discussing reforms, only BNP dared to defy the threats of dictatorship and call for the nation's reconstruction two and a half years ago with the announcement of its 31-point plan.

He emphasized that BNP's politics revolves around the people and the nation. He further stated that only BNP can rebuild the broken state. If allowed to lead the country through the people's votes, BNP will prioritize national reconstruction above all else.

Tarique Rahman made these comments virtually as the chief guest at the Jessore district BNP conference held at Eidgah ground on Saturday, February 22. Earlier in the day, BNP Chairperson's advisor Amanullah Aman inaugurated the conference.

He also noted that BNP only engages in actions that have public support and is the sole party that takes action against its own members when they are found guilty.

Tarique Rahman reassured that any leaders or activists who were misled and involved in unethical activities have faced appropriate measures. He urged the public not to be swayed by any propaganda against BNP, stating that the party never compromises with injustice.
