The principal Eid-ul Azha Jamaat will take place at the Jatiya Eidgah on the High Court premises at 7:30 am on June 7, according to an official press release issued today (June 3).
In the event of inclement weather, the main congregation will be relocated to Baitul Mukarram National Mosque and will be held at 8:00 am.
As in previous years, Baitul Mukarram will host five Eid Jamaats. The first will begin at 7:00 am, followed by sessions at 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, and 10:45 am, as stated in a release from the Islamic Foundation.
The Eid prayer at Jatiya Eidgah will be broadcast live on all television channels.
Additionally, the schedule of Eid-ul Azha prayers at major mosques in the capital and throughout the country will be announced on Bangladesh Television (BTV), Bangladesh Betar, and other TV channels on the eve of Eid.
