Six EC officials transferred

Election Commission (June 22) has issued transfer order of its six regional officials including Director and Deputy Secretary.

The transfer was announced in a separate notification signed by EC Assistant Secretary Mohammad Shahidur Rahman on Sunday (June 22).

In the order EC has asked the officials to join at their respective work station by July 7.

According to transfer order, Deputy Secretary of EC Md. Faridul Islam has been transferred as Regional Election Officer to Rangpur and Regional Election Officer Mohammad Azizul Islam of Rangpur has been transferred to Rajshahi with same designation.

Rajshahi Regional Election Officer Md. Delwar Hossain has been transferred and made the Deputy Secretary of the Election Commission Secretariat.

Besides, Muhammad Hasanuzzaman, Director of Administration and Finance Branch of the National Identity Registration Division, has been transferred and made Director of the Election Training Institute.

Deputy Secretary of the Election Commission Md. Humayun Kabir has been transferred to the EC's Budget Branch and Deputy Secretary of the Budget Branch, Mohammad Habibur Rahman has been transferred and made Director of the National Identity Registration Division's Administration and Finance Branch.
